PCB Layout Process
To begin the layout process, we offer quotes on projects based on submitted schematics, BOMs and design constraints. When we have this information, along with placement guidance of critical components and special considerations, we can begin with the circuit board layout.
There are special circumstances where we will work with a client’s project schedule to start the PCB layout before receiving finalized inputs, but this happens on an hourly basis. Upon completion, we will provide Gerber and drill files, PCB Max Files, and assembly and fabrication files. This will provide you with the information you need to complete your circuit boards.

Our engineers use Cadence Orcad, Cadence Allegro, Altium Designer and PADs, which allows us to generate PCB board layouts using the same design tool that many clients use. We can use an ASCII netlist or even enter schematics from scratch based on hard copy inputs if you use another design tool to generate your schematics.
